Stay Hydrated! Sip water throughout if you need to!

Go at your own pace, you will get faster and stronger. 

3.

Listen to your body and your trainer, learn the difference between pain and discomfort.

4.

Make time for recovery, in between sets, rounds or sessions. 

5.

Don't take it too seriously all the time, sometimes training should be fun sometimes tough. Find a balance with the various sessions available. 

6.

Fuel your body, sometimes fasted is the way to go but if you are hungry before a session an apple or banana will fuel you.

7.

Dress in layers so you can adjust as your body temperature changes.

After a complicated birth that was followed bur numerous issues my fitness was not where I wante dit to be. Jemma trained me as an individual taking into account my needs at the time. I am now getting stronger healthier, and more confident again!
